Journalist's Motorcycle In South Jakarta Stolen By Thieves, CCTV Is There But Not Active
JAKARTA - A journalist for Warta Ekonomi, Ayu Rachmaningtiyas, was unlucky. This is because his motorbike was carried by thieves in the Gang Swadaya area, Pancoran, South Jakarta, Thursday, April 13.
Ayu has reported the theft to the Pancoran Police. Ayu's report is registered with the number LP/B/246/IV/2023/SPKT/Pancoran Police/Polres Metro South Jakarta/Polda Metro Jaya dated April 13, 2023.
Ayu said the perpetrator was suspected of acting shortly after the boarding house mother opened the gate when her husband was about to go to the mosque for Fajr prayer.
"Well, it wasn't long before Mrs. boarding school saw that the motorbike was no longer in the parking lot, then informed me that the motorbike was missing," Ayu told reporters, Thursday, April 13.
Meanwhile, he was contacted by the Pancoran Police Chief, Kompol Panji Ali. He confirmed that his party had received the loss report. Today, its members have been pursuing the perpetrators of the theft.
"We have made a report this morning and we are currently following up to examine witnesses," said Panji when confirmed, Thursday, April 13.
Panji said that his party had investigated by examining CCTV and several witnesses at the scene to uncover the theft case.
"We are investigating the witnesses who own boarding houses and others. CCTV around has been checked but the condition is dead," he said.
