Indonesian Air Force Plane Transports Logistic Assistance To Mamuju
JAKARTA - The Indonesian Air Force is again flying its transport plane to Mamuju, West Sulawesi, to transport personnel and logistical assistance for earthquake victims.
The Head of the Indonesian Air Force Information Service, First Air Marshal Indan Gilang B said, the aircraft sent to the disaster area were 3 units and headed straight for Mamuju and Majene Sulbar
Two transport planes had previously been flown to the earthquake site, namely the C-130 Hercules registration number A-1314 piloted by Flight Lieutenant Colonel Marvien and carrying 24 personnel.
Among them, the Head of BNPB, Lieutenant General TNI Doni Monardo, Commander of the Indonesian Defense Region II Command, TNI Intermediate Marshal Imran Baidirus, and Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini.
Then the C-130 Hercules aircraft registration number A-1321 piloted by the Putut Aviation Major carried 28 TNI health personnel, TNI Headquarters Electronic Communication Unit personnel, and BNPB staff and transported 10,300 kg of logistical aid.
There is still another Boeing B-737-300 registration number A-7302 piloted by Panji Aviation Captain departing from the Hasanuddin Makassar Air Force Base, carrying 800 kg of groceries and 27 TNI AU Special Forces Corps personnel.
The three military transport planes landed at Tampa Padang Airport in Mamuju, West Sulawesi. Furthermore, the aid will be given to assist the handling of natural disasters in Mamuju and Majene, West Sulawesi.
