6 Years Of Relationship, Taylor Swift And Joe Alwyn Reportedly Broke Up
JAKARTA - Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn reportedly ended their relationship after six years. Some media reports this relationship was completed before Swift began a busy-discussed Eras world tour.
Citing ET, they separated not dramatically because the relationship went its own way. This was later linked to the fact that Alwyn was not seen at Taylor Swift's concert since she started the tour on March 18.
Some of the closest sources confirmed the end of their relationship, but neither Swift nor Alwyn have spoken about this news.
Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn started dating in 2016. The two of them chose to be closed about their relationship even though Alwyn was often seen supporting Swift publicly.
The two of them appeared together in public at the 2020 Golden Globes and were rumored to be engaged. However, neither side confirmed the news.
In addition, Joe Alwyn was also involved in the process of writing several Swift songs. He used the pseudonym William Bowery and wrote for several songs from the album Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights.
In October, Taylor Swift admitted that social media had an impact on her relationship. He felt for the past six years he had to fight various rumors circulating.
"Like my relationship for six years, we had to fight strange rumors, things about tabloids and we avoided them. So this song is about how we avoid things like that to keep things true," Taylor Swift said of Lavender Haze's song.
Likewise with Joe Alwyn who refuses to talk about his personal relationship because he doesn't want anyone else to get involved with them.
I realize how much people are interested in this. But this is not something I have to share, because I think the more you give eat', the more disturbances," said Joe Alwyn.
