The S-Pen Is Confirmed To Be Present On More Galaxy Devices

JAKARTA - The Galaxy S21 Ultra is the first Galaxy S smartphone to have S-Pen support. Although, it doesn't have the full features of the Galaxy Note 20, the company revealed that other Galaxy devices will also get S-Pen support.

A Samsung spokesman as reported by SamMobile revealed that the South Korean company plans to expand the Galaxy S-Pen experience to more devices in the future. Here's the statement.

"We are committed to innovating in the mobile experience and continuously making our consumers' lives easier and better. We have made the bold decision to extend the S-Pen experience to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, and plan to expand the S-Pen experience across device categories. additional in the future, "said the spokesperson.

He added that the company will remain committed to providing the best mobile experience to its consumers and will continue to actively listen to and consider various consumer input.

Unfortunately, a Samsung spokesperson did not reveal which Galaxy devices will get S-Pen support at once. However, according to recent leaks, one of the upcoming Samsung folding devices, the Galaxy Z Fold 3, will have this support.

The stylus device that first appeared on the first Galaxy Note is now included with some Samsung tablets and computers. Since its launch, the S-Pen has gained more features including Bluetooth connectivity and support for air gestures (Air Gesture).

Those planning to get the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have to pay an additional 40 US dollars (around Rp.560 thousand) for the S-Pen.

However, Samsung says that the S-Pen of other Galaxy Note and Galaxy Tab devices will also work. You will be able to use the stylus to draw, take notes, edit photos, and sign documents.
