Take 52.37 Percent Of Net Profit, Cimory Distributes Dividends Of IDR 555.4 Billion
JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk or Cimory (CMRY) approved to immediately distribute cash dividends of IDR 555.4 billion. This amount is 52.37 percent of the company's net profit for the 2022 financial year reached IDR 1.06 trillion.
Cimory President Director Farell Sutantio said the company would distribute cash dividends to shareholders whose names were recorded in the list of shareholders (recording date) on April 26, 2023.
Thus, he said again, each share will receive a cash dividend of IDR 70 per share by paying attention to the applicable tax regulations.
In addition, citing Antara, in this AGMS, the company approved and ratified the annual report for the financial year ending December 31, 2022 and the financial statements for the financial year ending on December 31, 2022.
Then, the company agreed to re-point Arief Somantri and the Purwantono, Sungkoro and Surja Public Accounting Offices, the global member firms of the Ernst & Young network in Indonesia as Public Accountants and the Public Accountant Office which will audit financial reports for the current financial year and will end on December 31, 2023.
Furthermore, the company stipulates a remuneration in the form of salaries or honorariums and/or other allowances for members of the Board of Commissioners as a whole for the 2023 financial year, the maximum is the same as the 2022 financial year.
Furthermore, the company authorized the Board of Commissioners to determine its allocation, taking into account the recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and giving authority to the Board of Commissioners to determine remuneration in the form of salaries and/or other allowances for members of the Company's Board of Directors.
