The New Trio Of Samsung Galaxy S20 Smartphones
JAKARTA - Samsung officially launched its newest Galaxy trio, named S20 at the Unpacked 2020 event. The three new Samsung devices launched, namely the Galaxy S20, S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra.
With the status of a flagship smartphone, of course this successor device to the Galaxy S10 has first-class hardware and specifications. Not to mention the presence of new features.
In terms of design, the Galaxy S20 trio is distinguished only by its size. The Galaxy S20 measures 6.2 inches, Galaxy S20 + 6.7 inches, while the Galaxy S20 Ultra measures 6.9 inches.
The screen-to-body ratio of the Galaxy S20 series has also increased, namely 90 percent on the Galaxy S20 and S20 Plus, and 90.5 percent on the S20 Ultra. In the Galaxy Note S10 and S10 Plus series, the ratio figures still range between 88 and 89 percent. This is because Samsung managed to reduce the front camera hole which carries the Infinity O design.

The camera sector has also not escaped Samsung's upgrade. The three lines of the Galaxy S20 received a drastic improvement from the predecessor Galaxy S10 series.
Call it a 64 megapixel resolution camera feature with 30x zoom capability (3x hybrid optic) on the Galaxy S20 and S20 Plus and a 108 megapixel camera with 100x zoom (10x hybrid optic). This camera panel is neatly arranged along with four other camera sensors such as Wide Angle, Ultra Wide, Telephoto and the LED Flash module on the back of the phone.
Samsung is also enhancing the Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) capabilities in the Galaxy S20 trio. At the same time, these three Samsung devices allow video capture of up to 8K.
Taking a peek at the interior, these three variants come with two processors, the Exynos 990 and the Snapdragon 865. The Galaxy S20 trio also has internal storage, respectively, the S20 has 128GB, while the S20 + and Ultra also have 256 and 512GB options. The three of them also use LPDDR5 RAM which is claimed to be 30 percent faster than its predecessor series.
Furthermore, each model has AKG's proprietary audio tuning, 120Hz screen and the latest game booster. Samsung has also equipped the S20 with a new Guardian Chip, which may be Google's analogue, Titan M.
Regarding the color of the cellphone, Samsung provided the color of the Galaxy S20 which has been revealed as Cosmic Gray, Cloud Blue or Cloud Pink. The S20 + has a choice of Cosmic Gray, Cloud Blue or Cosmic Black, while Ultras only get Cosmic Black or Gray.
According to a Kompas.com report, the prices of these three variants will be priced respectively, namely the Samsung Galaxy S20 Rp. 12,999,000 (8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage), Galaxy S20 + (S20 Plus) Rp. 14,499,000 (8 GB RAM 128 GB storage memory) , and the last variant of the Galaxy S20 Ultra Rp.18,499,000 (12 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM) for the Indonesian market.
