WhatsApp Releases New Improvement Of Beta Version Text Editor
JAKARTA - WhatsApp has just launched a new text editor experience for some beta testers, where users can easily switch between different fonts. Similar to the features Instagram or Facebook has.
The experience of new text editors can be accessed by users when they add text to images sent to contacts, or as status updates.
According to a WABetaInfo report, quoted Tuesday, April 4, new text editors have the ability to easily switch between different fonts, where users can tap on one of the font options displayed on the keyboard.
Even though users can change text fonts, WhatsApp now makes it easier to choose the font they want quickly.
Other improvements also include the alignment of text that can now be changed to left, center, or right, giving users more control over text formatting in images, videos, and GIFs.
In addition, users can change the background color of the text, to make it easier for them to distinguish important texts from other texts.
In fact, several new fonts were also released for beta testers, such as Calistoga, Courier Prime, Damion, Exo 2, and Morning Breeze.
New text editors are available to some beta testers in stages who are installing the latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android on the Google Play Store.
Also available for several business accounts on WhatsApp Business. The feature will roll out to more beta users in the coming weeks. It is not known for sure when the company will release it in a stable version.
