AXA Mandiri Adds Insurance Product Features And Benefits
JAKARTA - PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services (AXA Mandiri) improves the quality of a series of insurance products that are linked to investment (PAYDI) by adding features and benefits.
Complementing the existing product series, several superior products of AXA Mandiri, namely Mandiri Elite Plan Insurance, Mandiri Investment Prestise Insurance, Mandiri Legacy Plan, and Mandiri Elite Plan Syariah Insurance, have been optimized based on the current trend of customer needs and adjusted to the provisions of the Circular Letter of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Number 5/SEOJK.05/2022 concerning Insurance Products Linked to Investment (SEOJK PAYDI).
AXA Mandiri Compliance Director Rudy Kamdani said the adjustments made to these superior products included a more diverse choice of subdata or sharia funds and more flexible provisions for customers, such as the choice of minimum insurance or compensation and frequency of premium payment or contribution. In addition, there are additional features and benefits such as greater loyalty bonuses.
"We introduce superior products that we have optimized their benefits and features according to current trends and have been adjusted to the points in SEOJK PAYDI provisions," said Rudy in a statement received by VOI, Tuesday, April 4.
He hopes that with the improvement in these products, customers will feel safer and more comfortable in maximizing the benefits that can be obtained from AXA's insurance products.
He added, in addition to improving features and product benefits, AXA also improves service quality, especially in the marketing process, including documentation of product explanation processes and statements of customer understanding, application of premium leave or leave of contribution that must be made at the request of customers, to the implementation of the waiting period.
