Apple Releases IOS 16.5 Beta 1 For Developer Program, What's New?

JAKARTA - After releasing iOS 16.4 to all of its users yesterday, today, on Wednesday, March 29, Apple released iOS 16.5 Beta 1 for those of you registered in Apple's Developer Program.

What's new to iOS 16.5 beta?

Apple has not disclosed details regarding what features were released on this update. However, launching from 9to5Mac, iOS 16.5 Beta 1 will allow users to start and end the screen recording session with Siri's voice command only.

Previously, to stop the screen recorder, Apple device users had to manually tap the special button at the Control Center.

In addition, MacRumors has also discovered that iOS 16.5 Beta 1 combines the Following and Search tabs in the News app to provide space for all-new Sports tabs. The new Sports tab will include news and scores around the favorite team set by users.
