Diversion Rejected By David Ozora, AG Undergoes First Trial Of Mario Dandy's Case

JAKARTA - AG perpetrator in the case of severe abuse by Mario Dandy against David Ozora underwent a diversion trial at the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel).

As a result of the closed trial, David Ozora's camp refused to be converted or mediated. This attitude is still the same and consistent with the words made by David Ozora's attorney, Syahwan some time ago.

"So the victim's family is not willing. This means that they refuse to be completed through diversion," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, to reporters on Wednesday, March 29.

On that basis, Djuyamto said that the day the inaugural trial with the defendant AG was continued in connection with the Mario Dandy Satrio case of severe abuse.

"In accordance with the provisions of the law, if the diversion fails, it will be followed by a trial process. And earlier the judge concerned has conveyed that today there will also be the first trial," he said.

He also explained that the initial trial of the defendant AG would be held behind closed doors with the agenda of a letter of reading the indictment.

"Today too and the first trial was held in courtroom 7, but with the trial event behind closed doors. The first trial of course the agenda is to read the indictment," he concluded.
