1 Victim Who Died In The Pertamina Fuel Ship Fire Was Found, The Condition Of The Body Was Not Implemented To Burn
NTB - SAR found one dead victim of the MT Kristin ship fire carrying Pertamina's fuel oil (BBM). The condition of the body is no longer intact.
"The victim was found on the ship on Monday morning at around 04.20 WITA. The condition of the body was not intact because it was burned," said Public Relations of the Mataram SAR Office I Gusti Lanang Wiswananda, in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Monday, March 27, as reported by Antara.
He said the unidentified body was evacuated to the Samudra tug boat, then taken to Gilimas Lembar Harbor, West Lombok.
"The victim's body was then taken from the Baladewa Ship at Gilimas Harbor to Bhayangkara Hospital in Mataram City," he said.
Until now, said Lanang, the joint SAR team was still checking on the ship to find the other two victims who were still missing.

According to information received by SAR Mataram, the bow of the MT Kristin ship suddenly exploded when preparations for anchorage in the waters around the Ampenan Fuel Terminal, at 14:36 WITA.
The crew had tried to extinguish the fire with the ship's extinguishing tool, but the fire was still out of control so the ship's captain ordered everyone to leave the ship.
A total of 14 crew members were successfully evacuated at 15.18 WITA, two people are still unknown to date, and one person was found dead.
