Just Like Jokowi, Kadin Chairman Rosan Roeslani Feels Refreshed And Comfortable After Being Vaccinated

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Rosan Roeslani said he felt good, comfortable, excited, and did not suffer any complaints after being injected with the COVID-19 vaccine.

Rosan Roeslani this Wednesday, at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, was one of the people who were given the COVID-19 vaccine with President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in the inaugural COVID-19 vaccination program in Indonesia.

"Alhamdulillah, what I feel now is still good, uplifting, comfortable, I have no complaints whatsoever," said Rosan as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, January 13.

He felt that he had no complaints whatsoever after being vaccinated. The process of injecting the vaccine only lasts for five minutes. Before the injection, health conditions such as blood pressure and a history of comorbid diseases from Rosan Roeslani were examined by a team of vaccinators.

"Alhamdulillah, I always feel refreshed, he said.

After the vaccination this Wednesday, Rosan Roeslani will undergo the second phase of vaccination on January 27, 2021.

On this Wednesday, Indonesia started the COVID-19 vaccination program. President Jokowi was part of the first group to be given the COVID-19 vaccine, along with representatives from state officials, community leaders, religious leaders, artists, health workers, businessmen at the Merdeka Palace.

The vaccine to be injected this Wednesday is a vaccine from Sinovac which has received an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the BPOM.

After President Jokowi and his staff, tomorrow Thursday January 14, the vaccine will be injected into regional heads and qualified health workers such as those aged 18-59 years, without comorbids, and never infected with COVID-19.
