Google Starts Opening AI Bard Chatbot Access To Several Countries Today
JAKARTA - Since its first launch in February, Google has updated its generative AI, Bard, after previously Bard disseminated misinformation.
Finally, after going through those times, today Google is starting to open access to Bard as an early experiment that allows you to collaborate with generative AI, for users in the US and UK.
"This follows our announcement from last week because we continue to provide AI experiences that are beneficial to people, businesses and communities," said Sissie totaled VP, Product Bard and Eli Collins as VP, Research Bard in its announcement.
According to the search giant, you can use Bard to increase productivity, accelerate ideas, and arouse your curiosity.
"You can ask Bard to give you a tip to achieve the goal of reading more books this year, explaining quantum physics in simple terms, or triggering your creativity by creating a blog entry framework," both explained.
After opening access and testing it to some users, Google will take the inputs provided to be studied again, and fix it in the future.
For information, Bard is supported by light and optimized large language model (LLM) research, and will be updated with newer and more capable models over time. It's based on Google's understanding of quality information.
"We continue to see that the more people use it, the better LLM predicts what responses might be useful," Google explained.
Perhaps at this time, only users in the US and UK can access it, but Google insists that this access will develop to more countries and languages over time.
We will continue to improve Bard and add capabilities, including coding, more language, and multimodal experiences. And one thing is for sure: We'll study with you while walking. With your feedback, Bard will continue to be better and better," he concluded. If you're in the area, you can sign up to try Bard on bard.google.com.
