Presenting New CR-V For Thai Market, Honda Brings Hybrid Variant
JAKARTA - Car manufacturer from Japan, Honda released one of its flagship SUVs, CR-V for the Thai market. This car is also offered for the hybrid variant.
The SUV, which goes by the name "All New Honda CR-V", has received some changes from the exterior, interior, and features as well.
On the exterior, the latest CR-V appears more elegant. The car still has a tough SUV design line that comes to be modern in the use of black on the front, plus a large grille, as well as the use of LED lights on the front and rear lights.
Quoted from paultan.org, Tuesday, March 21, Honda offers two variants on CR-V, namely 1,5 L Turbo and e:HEV or hybrid versions.
For the hybrid variant, CR-V is equipped with a 1.993 cc 4-cylinder DOHC engine capable of removing 148 dk of power and 183 Nm of torque. Combined with one electric motor, the total power generated is 184 dk and the 335 Nm torque combined with the latest e-CVT transmission. Honda offers two driving systems on the latest CR-V, namely four-wheel drive (4WD) and two-wheel drive (2WD).
Meanwhile, the 1.5 L Turbo variant is paired with a DOHC V-TEC 1,498 cc engine which can emit 190 dk and 240 Nm torque combined with CVT transmission by offering the same two wheel drive systems as the hybrid version.
The interior itself, has almost the same shape as its brother, HR-V. CR-V offers a premium impression on the inside as well as a panoramic roof, ambient light and air conditioning with air filters to add comfort.
Honda offers many features on CR-V, namely from Honda Sensing which consists of a collection mitigation braking system, lane keeping assist system, adaptive cruise control with low speed follow, road departure mitigation system with lane departure warning, adaptive driving beam and lead car departure notification system.
Not only that, Honda also carries old features such as multi angle camera systems, Honda LaneWatch, active cornering light, electric power steering variable gear ratio, and parking sensors.
