Sterile Milk Seven Dates And DMI Holds Health Education Program 'Healthy Mosque, Strong Congregation' In 777 Mosques
JAKARTA - The Sterile Milk of Seven Dates collaborates with the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) and is supported by the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) to hold a series of activities through the Health Education Program Healthy Mosques, Strong Congregations' in 777 mosques throughout Indonesia.
This program is implemented to support DMI's commitment to building a healthy mosque environment and strong congregations, so that more pilgrims will be able to visit mosques. This program will later include examination and health education for pilgrims in mosques.
Indonesia has now entered the endemic era, but the public must continue to pay attention to the health of the body, especially for Muslims who will soon enter the holy month of Ramadan. At this momentum of Ramadan, through the "Healthy Mosque" health education program, Sterile Milk of Seven Dates and DMI seeks to invite mosque pilgrims under the auspices of DMI to better understand the health that can be obtained from dates.

Chairman of the Department of Health of the Central Board of the Indonesian Mosque Council, Abidinsyah Siregar, said that through the health education program "Healthy Mosques, Strong Congregations", his party wanted to give appreciation to the Sterile Milk of Seven Dates because it can help pilgrims to maintain their immune system during fasting so that the congregation can maximize worship in the month of Ramadan smoothly.
"We would like to invite all congregation of mosques under the auspices of the Indonesian Mosque Council to make this year's Ramadan a productive month, by participating in various useful activities that have been announced by the Sterile Milk of Seven Dates. Thus, the function of mosques as a place of worship as well as the development and unity of the people can be maximized properly. We also hope that education on health, especially the efficacy of dates for the body can make pilgrims better understand in choosing and consuming healthy foods in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophetullah SAW," explained Abidinsyah.
From the medical side in general, the benefits of dates are very good for health because they are rich in nutrients, and can improve digestion so that they are good for consumption when fasting.
"Medially, dates do have many benefits for the body, one of which is as complementary nutrition when fasting, the ingredients that date fruit has can increase energy and stamina when eaten during sahur, besides that dates have a high carbohydrate content so that if consumed when breaking the fast it can help restore carbohydrates that are lost while fasting," said Secretary General of the Indonesian Doctors Association (PB IDI) Dr. Ulul Albab Sp.OG.
