Secretary of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Batang Regency, Hari Syamral Lubis, said that the current flood conditions have an impact in five sub-districts, namely Maro Sebo Ulu, Mersam, Muara Tembesi, Maro Sebo Ilir and Muara Bulian sub-districts.
