Lulu Tobing So Irreplaceable During Shooting

JAKARTA - Lulu Tobing had a different experience while shooting the film Yang Irreplaceable. In this film Lulu Tobing plays the character Aryati, a single mother who has to face her three turbulent children.

This film tells the story of a mother named Aryati (Lulu Tobing) who becomes a single parent, has to support her children Bayu (Dewa Dayana), Tika (Yasamin Jasem), and Kinanti (Maisha Kanna). Aryati keeps her family in harmony, even though there are many daily problems faced by her teenage children.

Not wanting her children to feel the pain she was experiencing, Aryati chose to close the meeting because she was separated from her husband. She also always looks tough and covers up her ex-husband in front of her three children.

"The experience of playing this character is interesting, because I don't have children as big as them. I have to see and observe many mothers who have. Having a child as big as them is complete with all its problems," said Lulu during the trailer release some time ago in Jakarta.

Lulu also had to strictly adhere to health protocols due to filming during the Covid-19 pandemic. "As a mother, I have to be close to them while we shoot in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic. So we have to think about two things. About our own health and how to play a character who is always in character," he said.

"I became nagging when I took off someone who didn't use a marker. I immediately called the kids who didn't wear a mask. Besides that, I liked sprays to make it safe," he recalled.

The film Irreplaceable will air on Disney + Hotstar starting January 15, 2021. The film, which is directed by Herwin Novianto, stars Lulu Tobing, Dewa Dayana, and Maisha Kanna. Falcon Pictures has officially released the trailer before this film airs.
