Filled With Many Young People, Cak Imin Believes West Java Will Become A New Base For PKB

JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Awakening Party (PKB) Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin believes West Java can be a new base. Voters in this province are considered more fluid and their administrators in this region are also filled with many young people.

This was conveyed by Cak Imin when opening a workshop entitled 'Satukan Attitude Rebut Kemenangan 2024: PKB Kahiji, Gus Muhaimin Ngahiji Prung Gus Muhaimin' in Bandung City, West Java, Friday night. He said, although the roots were strong, cadres were asked to read the behavior of new voters.

"We must also be good at reading the erratic behavior of new voters. West Java each election changes the winner," said Cak Imin, quoted from his written statement, Saturday, March 18.

Cak Imin then mentioned that a number of parties had won in West Java provinces such as the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), PDI Perjuangan (PDIP), Golkar, Democrats, and Gerindra.

"Everyone has. It's time for PKB if everyone has. Change the rhythm. That's our chance," he said.

To make West Java a base for PKB, Cak Imin said his party already has good equipment. "We just have to manage it well. Our structure, culture, leadership grow. This is a tremendous energy," he said.

The presence of young people at PKB, especially administrators in West Java, is expected to be able to bring change. They together with potential legislative members and other cadres are asked to work optimally to take advantage of the existing potential.

"Young energy is powerful. PAC is young, this is an extraordinary new power. The energy of young people is powerful. I am touched by the extraordinary enthusiasm of cadres," he said.

"We will continue and optimize various potentials in this remaining time. We are confident that we can win the battle, control the situation and win the 2024 Legislative and Presidential Elections," concluded Cak Imin.
