After Leaving Kandang, Two Cows Hit The Airport Taxi On The Cengkareng Toll Road
TANGERANG - Two cows were seen running into Jalan P1 Bandata Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang City on Thursday night, at 20.30 WIB. The two cows fled after the truck carrying them overturned on the Cengkareng Toll Road, West Jakarta.
Kasatlantas Polresta Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Kompol Bambang Askar Shodiq confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Thursday, March 16, at 20.30 WIB.
"There was a truck accident that carried livestock before the Cengkareng toll gate. Only two cows entered the Soekarno-Hatta Airport area, after releasing it," said Bambang, when contacted.
Bambang admitted that there were two taxi drivers who had been grazed by the animals. However, there was no serious disturbance, so the activity continued to run normally.
"So two taxis reported to us. That they hit livestock at km 28 towards the airport (soetta)," he said.
"The traffic situation from Jakarta to the airport, Alhamdulillah, is smooth," he continued.
Bambang explained that his party had coordinated with the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Animal Quarantine office to secure the two cows.
"At the park location in the Soewarna area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. We are still trying to secure the cow by informing the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Animal Quarantine," he concluded.
