The identification process began with the manifest received by Sriwijaya Air. From this manifest, the DVI Team then got an e-KTP from the Dukcapil of the Ministry of Home Affairs and subsequently, they carried out fingerprint scanning using a tool.
"When this fingerprint is affixed with this tool, it will enter the Dukcapil e-KTP and the candidates and candidates will appear. We examine one by one, we check on the manifest that the name Okky Bisma is in manifest number four," said Head of Police Inafis Brigadier General Hudi Suryanto at a press conference. at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, Monday, January 11.
With this certainty, the National Police Hospital confirmed that the part in PMJ / SJ / 0006's body bag was Okky Bisma who was the crew of the unlucky plane.
"The e-KTP data with the right index finger is compared to the right index sample in the body part and the results are identical," he added.
Furthermore, Hudi also ensured that the results of this identification were accurate. Given that, there are 12 identical points on the fingerprints in the e-KTP data and in Okky's hand.
"We found that 12 points of similarity are sufficient to prove that this is the same person and can be trusted and this data is indisputable to the same person," he concluded.
