Consultant: Infrastructure Development By BUMN Karya Opens New Region For Residential Property Development
JAKARTA - Knight property consultant Frank Indonesia revealed that infrastructure development by BUMN Karya such as PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk or WIKA, namely the Serang - Panimbang Toll Road opens new areas for residential property development.

Sari said, through the development of the area, the property sector is predicted to be able to feel positive implications, both through demand growth, as well as increasing supply due to high investment interest in the region.
"This condition will be followed by an increase in property prices around the infrastructure," he said.
He added, not only will residential properties grow, but also commercial properties will grow according to population profiles around the region.
The Serang - Panimbang Toll Road is part of the National Strategic Project (PSN) which was successfully completed by WIKA.
"The Serang Panimbang Section 1 (Serang - Rangkasbitung) toll road, in addition to increasing the accessibility and economy of the surrounding community, also supports access to Ujung Kulon National Park and Tanjung Lesung Tourism Area," said WIKA President Director Agung Budi Waskito.
Agung Budi Waskito said that WIKA had also completed the Balikpapan - Samarinda Toll Road, which is a Supporting Access to the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) in Kalimantan. As of 2022, WIKA has built 631.7 km of the total toll road built in Indonesia.
Regarding the progress of the Jakarta - Bandung high-speed train work being carried out by WIKA, it has now reached 96 percent.
In addition to toll roads and high-speed trains, other PSN projects that have been completed by WIKA include the phase 1 Jakarta Mass Rapid Transportation (MRT) which is the first MRT mode of transportation in Indonesia.
Then Sukamahi Dam as the First dry dam in Indonesia which functions to prevent flooding in the DKI Jakarta area, and Kijing Terminal as the largest port on the island of Kalimantan which has a capacity of 500 thousand TEUs and 8 million non-packaged containers.
