DPR Leaders Ask Council Members To Focus On Reorganizing Pertamina Plumpang Depots And The Impact Of Extreme Weather

JAKARTA - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Lodewijk F Paulus conveyed a number of issues that became the attention of council members during the fourth trial period for the 2022-2023 trial year.

Lodewijk conveyed this in his opening speech for the IV session of the DPR in 2022-2023 which was held at a plenary meeting at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 14, Monday, March 14. "According to information from the BMKG, Jakarta currently has the potential to experience extreme weather in the form of moderate rain and heavy rain that can be absorbed by lightning and strong winds. For this reason, we urge the public to anticipate and remain careful of the possibility of local flooding in fallen tree puddles and others," said Lodewijk.

According to records from the Secretariat General of the DPR, 49 members were physically present, 222 were present virtually, with permission for 20 people, bringing a total of 291 of the 575 council members from all factions in the DPR RI.
