Jasa Marga Targets Cengkareng-Kunciran Toll Road To Operate This Year
JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk continues to accelerate the Cengkareng-Kunciran toll road project which is part of JORR II. The 14.19 kilometer (km) toll road is targeted to operate this year.
"It is targeted to operate in mid-2020," said Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT), Danang Parikesit in a written statement quoted on Monday, February 10.
Currently, said Danang, the construction process for the Cengkareng-Kunciran toll road has reached 74.61 percent. The land acquisition process is also being carried out so that it can be completed by the end of this month.
The expressway which is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 (JORR 2) is operated by PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk and operated by PT Jasamarga Kuncirang Cengkareng.
The investment cost is estimated at IDR 5 trillion with a concession period of 35 years.
This toll road is divided into 4 sections, namely Section I Kunciran-Tirtayasa along the length of 2.04 km, Section II Tirtayasa-Benteng Betawi along 3.52 km, Section III Benteng Betawi-H.Sastranegara along 6.57 km, and Section IV H. Sastranegara -Sss 2.06 km long object.
