The National Police DVI Team Identified Okky Bisma's Body Through E-KTP Data
JAKARTA - The National Police's DVI team has successfully identified a passenger on the Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 aircraft on behalf of Okky Bisma. This identification is done based on data from the fingerprints on the electronic identity card or e-KTP.
According to the Head of the Inafis Police Headquarters, Brigadier General Hudi Suryanto, the identification process began with the manifest received by his party from Sriwijaya Air. From this manifest, the DVI Team then got an e-KTP from the Dukcapil of the Ministry of Home Affairs and subsequently, they carried out fingerprint scanning using a tool.
"When this fingerprint is affixed with this tool, it will enter the Dukcapil e-KTP and the candidates and candidates will appear. We examine one by one, we check the manifest name Okky Bisma in manifest number four," said Hudi in a press conference at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital. , East Jakarta, Monday, January 11.
With this certainty, the National Police Hospital confirmed that the part in PMJ / SJ / 0006's body bag was Okky Bisma who was the crew of the unlucky plane.
"It turns out that this is the same as the e-KTP data in the dukcapil so we can get fingerprints on the e-KTP and we compare whether this is the same person," he said.
"The e-KTP data with the right index finger is compared to the right index sample in the body part and the results are identical," he added.
Hudi also ensured that the identification results were accurate. Given that, there are 12 identical points on the fingerprints in the e-KTP data and in Okky's hand.
"We found that the 12 points of similarity are sufficient to prove that this is the same person and can be trusted and this data is indisputable to the same person," he said.
Previously reported, the Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 plane on the Jakarta-Pontianak route had lost contact in the Thousand Islands shortly after taking off from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng on Saturday, January 9, 2020.
