1,533 Uninhabitable Houses In Mukomuko Bengkulu Have Been Rehabilitated
MUKOMUKO - Mukomuko Regency Government (Pemkab), Bengkulu, through the Public Housing and Settlement Area Office has rehabilitated 1,533 uninhabitable houses (RTLH) belonging to low-income communities in a number of sub-districts from 2018 to 2021. The Head of Economic, Social and Cultural Affairs of the Planning, Research and Development Agency of the Mukomuko Regency, Yadi, said the handling of the RTLH was sourced from the State Budget of Rp6.1 billion. "In 2022 there will be no RTLH rehabilitation activities. There are still 7,042 units of RTLH belonging to low-income residents that have not been handled. Then from the proposed handling of 8,576 units of RTLH in the Sibaru application from 2022 until now, which has been verified by 2,543 units of RTLH. "We continue to propose every year the budget for handling RTLH and proposal submitted to the central government in accordance with proposals from low-income residents in this area," he said.
He said that the rehabilitation of RTLH belonging to residents in this area, apart from being carried out by the central government, there were also activities of other vertical agencies such as the TNI through the Village Entrance Manunggal Army (TMMD) program as well as community and professional organizations.
