Case Of Alleged Corruption In West Sumbawa Village, Kejari Has Checked The Administration Manager

The case of alleged corruption or misappropriation of local government capital investment funds at the Regional Public Company (Perusda) of West Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), is still ongoing.

Head of the Special Crimes Section of the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) West Sumbawa Lalu Irwan Suyadi said so far, a number of witnesses have been examined, including the West Sumbawa Perusda Administration Manager.

"From this investigation process, we are still collecting data and information," said Irwan in Mataram, NTB, Wednesday, March 8, as reported by Antara.

Iwan said that currently the West Sumbawa Kejari is still collecting data and examining witnesses because this case is still under investigation.

"Later on, we will definitely inform you further about the case that we are currently investigating. So now let us work first," he said.

Previously, Perusda Sumbawa Barat received an allocation of capital participation funds from the West Sumbawa Regency Government starting in 2006-2021 with a total value of IDR 7.2 billion.

However, in the regulation of the distribution of profits from the management of these funds, it is indicated that it is not in accordance with the agreement between the company and the local government.
