Three New Issuers Record Initial Shares On The Indonesia Stock Exchange
The three new issuers officially listed the shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, March 8. The three emitaries are PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk, PT Saptagenasa Gemilangindah Tbk (SAGE) and PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk. (TRON).
PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk, a parent company that manages its subsidiaries in the coal mining sector, has officially registered its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The company with the ticker code CUAN released 1.69 billion ordinary shares at an offering price of Rp220 per share.
Meanwhile, PT Sapta Usaha Gemilang Indah officially took the floor on the stock exchange under the SAGE code and issued 1.61 billion new shares representing 20.04 percent of the issued and fully paid capital, with an offering price of Rp100 per share, so that the Company reaped fresh funds of around Rp161 billion.
Finally, PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk. or PT TKDN is an issuer providing telematics-based information system solutions and the internet of things (IoT) offered 750 million ordinary shares or 25.42 percent of the issued and fully paid capital after the IPO at an initial price of Rp180 per share, so that the company managed to pocket an IPO fund of Rp135 billion.
It is known that in its premiere, the three issuers experienced an oberscribed issuer.
CUAN was recorded to have oversubscribed 48.85 times the portion offered to the public.
SAGE is also noted to have experienced an excess of the portion offered 42.6 times.
If it is total, then the oversubscribed will reach around 7.2 times. The pooling portion is allocated Rp24 billion.
