Visit Plumpang Fire Victim Command Post, Coordinating Minister For Human Development And Culture Muhadjir: Isn't It Happy To Be Here?
Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy visited a trauma healing post (traumatic healing) for victims affected by the Pertamina Plumpang Depot fire at RPTRA Rasela, Rawabadak Selatan.
Coordinating Minister Muhadjir ensured that the fire victims were in good health, both physically and mentally.
"I'm happy not here? Don't take too long but here. The place of residence is not safe, but temporarily here first," Muhadjir said to the victims who were evacuating at RPTRA Rasela, South Rawabadak, Koja, North Jakarta, quoted by ANTARA Sunday, March 5.
Muhadjir also asked whether there were any of the refugees whose family members had died.
He also asked residents to report directly to the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and local officials so that compensation could be given.
"The victim died later, we will try to provide compensation from the government," he said.
According to Muhadjir, the assistance provided to refugees, both from the government through the Ministry of Social Affairs and the private sector, is quite adequate.
In addition, the public kitchen provided by the TNI-Polri at the evacuation post is also representative because it is able to prepare 1,000 food packages for one cook.
Currently, the handling of aid is prioritized for toddlers, children and women as well as people with disabilities.
The government also continues to collect data for victims whose houses were affected by the Pertamina Depot fire.
"It is being observed. This is being seen from various aspects of data collection, especially earlier. This data must be as soon as possible and really valid," said Muhadjir.
