JCI In A Week Lesu, Market Capitalization Drops 0.53 Percent
JAKARTA - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) recorded a decline in the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) a week.
From IDX records, Sunday, March 5, the JCI fell 0.63 percent a week to 6,813.64. This amount decreased compared to the previous week at 6,856.58.
The increase occurred in the average daily transaction value of the Exchange of 21.56 percent to Rp10.79 trillion. If you look at the previous week's data, the IDX recorded Rp8.876 trillion.
The average daily transaction frequency of the Exchange also increased by 8.88 percent to 1,093,950 from 1,004,732 transactions a week earlier. In addition, the daily transaction volume of the Exchange also increased by 3.91 percent. The stock exchange's daily transaction volume was 16.73 billion shares from 16.1 billion shares at the close last week.
Then, the market capitalization of the Stock Exchange also decreased by 0.53 percent to Rp9,451,282 trillion. This amount is compared to the previous week which amounted to Rp9,501,891 trillion.
Foreign investors today recorded a net selling value of IDR 606.21 billion and throughout 2023 foreign investors recorded a net purchase value of IDR 2.85 trillion.
The total bond and sukuk emissions that have been recorded throughout 2023 are 14 emissions from 13 issuers worth IDR 16.73 trillion.
With this recording, the total emission of bonds and sukuk recorded on the IDX amounted to 516 emissions with an outstanding nominal value of IDR 450.86 trillion and USD47.5 million, issued by 126 issuers.
State Securities (SBN) were recorded on the IDX totaling 188 series with a nominal value of IDR 5,436.54 trillion and USD452.11 million. EBA has 8 emissions worth IDR 3.27 trillion.
