The head of the Corporate Secretary Division of bank bjb Widi Hartoto said bank bjb is always and highly respectful and will cooperate in the ongoing legal process and appreciate the inspection process by the authorities in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

PT Seruni Prima Perkasa is a bank bjb debtor Semarang Branch with a credit ceiling of IDR 17.8 billion with the aim of financing the company's working capital including for work projects from PT TJB Power Service and PT Komipo Pembangkitan Jawa Bali.
Currently, the Central Java High Prosecutor's Office has named and detained AH, DPW as a suspect in the case in question. AH as Commissioner and DPW as Director at PT Seruni Prima Perkasa applied for credit facilities by providing documents that were allegedly fake.
The credit facility of PT Seruni Prima Perkasa is in the collectibility of 5 (macet) with a principal outstanding of IDR 17,796,746,943.
