JAKARTA - Pertamina Gas Subholding PT PGN Tbk continues to improve digital services in its product services. In the commercial and household gas network program, PGN provides online registration channels through the pgas.id or PGN Mobile page, to make it easier for registration to subscribe to the GasKita household gas network, which is currently being intensively socialized in the cities of Yogyakarta, Sleman Regency, and South Tangerang.
Development in the Yogyakarta area is targeted at 12,900 House Connections (SR). Meanwhile, in South Tangerang, it is targeted at 36,000 SR.
PGN is still open to the surrounding community to register for jargas subscriptions in the cities of Yogyakarta and Sleman. With online registration, prospective customers can register for Gas Kita subscriptions anytime and anywhere. On the GasKita registration page, prospective customers are directed to fill in the home address data that will be installed with gas lines. Furthermore, prospective customers will be asked to fill in their names according to their identity cards, Population Identification Number (NIK), contactable telephone number, and email address. PGN will verify and evaluate the inputted data, then PGN will carry out the construction of natural gas infrastructure to the location of prospective customers.

For gas usage payments, the system's household jargas is paid once a month according to the amount of use. The gas payment bill is submitted via email or SMS. Then the payment is made with the customer ID number, it can be done through various channels such as Bank ATMs, Tokopedia e-commerce, Sophee, Bli, Gopay, LinkAja, Funds, Bank online payment points, Alfamart, Alfamidi, Indomaret, and Pegadaian," explained Edi.
PGN as Pertamina's Gas Subholding continues to maintain its commitment to expanding gas lines in various regions. As stated in the roadmap of the Gas Subholding priority program in 2023 towards the target of 4 million SR in 2024.
