JAKARTA - Raindo United Services (RUS) will become the pioneer of digital-based cargo airlines in Indonesia. By using 2 Boeing 737-800BCF, Raindo United Services marks a new era in the air logistic industry with a one stop cargo service solution, which offers real-time tracking from first to last mile. The real-time tracking features can be easily accessed through Raindo App which will be available both on App Store and Play Store.
Established on June 4, 2022, PT Rusky Aero Indonesia is the embodiment of the vision and mission of figures who are experienced in their fields, namely Benny Rustanto, Muhammad Surya, Dodi AbdulKadir, Bambang Sujatmiko, Capt Yudhi Fadjari, Febiantori and Hans Nugroho towards an air logistics ecosystem through collaboration and partnerships that prioritize experience, financial aspect and establish network. Through initial investment of up to USD 100 million, Raindo United Services offers new experiences that are easy, fast, and precise for Indonesian business players, thus they can have a significant impact on varies of industry in the country, including the company's effort to support the national economy after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Raindo United Services has obtained a Standard Certificate of Domestic and Foreign Cargo Scheduled Commercial Air Transport on December 13, 2022, and planned to make inaugural flight in July 2023 for domestic routes (Jakarta, Medan, Balikpapan, Makassar and Surabaya) as well as international routes (Singapore, Hong Kong, and Guangzhou). The availability of Raindo United Services in these cities will support and improve the logistics sector through digital air logistics connectivity between the islands and countries.
Raindo United Services also partnered various related strategic partners to ensure the overall operations and administration, ranging from Indonesia state-owned oil companies, the big four of financial and valuation consultants, the largest lessor companies in the world, to well-known ground handling service providers in Indonesia and other supporting companies and agencies.
Raindo United Services partnered with the leading lessor company to bring 2 aircrafts of Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) 737-800 with a capacity of 23 tons. The aircraft are equipped with the latest cargo systems including Unit Loading Device (ULD), oxygen tank, and refrigerator to ensure all types of commodities: Perishable Product, General Cargo, Marine Product, Dangerous Goods and Live Animals are delivered safely to the destination point. To strengthen services and ensure the delivery process runs effectively and efficiently, Raindo United Services also collaborates with the insurtech partners to protect all types of commodities.
