People Viralize Hedon Officials, KPK: Forward!

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) appreciates the steps taken by the community to make a viral official who has a luxurious lifestyle. They thanked and asked for this effort to continue.

"We, from the Director of LHKPN, thank the media and the public for going viral," said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Pahala Nainggolan in a KPK RI YouTube broadcast, Thursday, March 2.

Pahala said that the viral assets of a number of officials also helped the KPK. For example, the anti-corruption commission only found out that former Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) official Rafael Alun Trisambodo has housing in North Minahasa.

Later, after checking the housing, it turned out that the products of the two companies owned by Rafael's wife were listed in the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN).

"I know (residential, red) in North Minahasa because the media also has assets here and there," he said.

So, he asked the public to continue to monitor the wealth of officials. If something is not appropriate, the KPK invites it to go viral.

"My message continues," said Pahala.

As previously reported, the KPK has clarified former Ministry of Finance official Rafael Alun Trisambodo on Wednesday, March 1. This examination was carried out because his assets of up to Rp56 billion were revealed to the public.

This emergence was due to a case of abuse involving Rafael's son, Mario Dandi Satrio. As a result of his actions, David Ozora, who was a victim of the action, suffered a serious head injury and was treated at Mayapada Hospital, Kuningan, Jakarta.

In the clarification process, the KPK investigated Rafael's assets. Among them, housing owned by his wife in North Minahasa and a house in Yogyakarta.

It didn't stop there, Mario's Rubicon car, which is often exhibited, was also investigated by the KPK. Likewise with Harley Davidson, which turns out to have no license plate.
