In addition to narcotics evidence, the Southeast Sulawesi BNN also confiscated a mobile phone allegedly used as a means of communication to order the illicit goods.

Meanwhile, Southeast Sulawesi BNN investigator Musjito said the arrest was made when the suspect was about to take the illicit goods on Jalan Lotus, West Kendari District.

"So, at that time, Brother H was still looking for evidence of narcotics. After the narcotics were obtained, we immediately arrested him at that time," said Musjito.

He revealed that the suspect claimed to have obtained methamphetamine from a prisoner at the Kendari Class IIA Prison with the initials A. Based on the suspect's statement, the Southeast Sulawesi BNN then coordinated with the Kendari Class IIA Prison regarding the development of the case.

"So, from Brother H, he mentioned that he ordered methamphetamine from a prison with the initials A. So, Brother H he ordered methamphetamine from prison via communication via cellphone. For his motive, we are still investigating it," he said.

He emphasized that his party would develop the case and pursue the supplier of the goods.

As a result of his actions, suspect H alias E was charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) subsidiary to Article 112 paragraph (2) of Law (UU) Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with the threat of death penalty, life imprisonment, or 20 years imprisonment, and a minimum imprisonment of six years. year.
