Pupuk Indonesia Salurkan Sarana And Livestock Infrastructure Assistance In North Sumatra
JAKARTA - PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) has distributed aid costs for the construction of livestock facilities and infrastructure and the construction of drilling wells in Silangit, North Sumatra (North Sumatra). The ceremony for handing over aid was carried out by the Director of Portfolio & Development of the Indonesian Fertilizer Business, Jamsaton Nababan to representatives of Huria Kristen Protestant (HKBP) Pelaraja Tarutung.
Also present were the Special Staff of the Minister of SOEs III, Arya Sinulingga and several BUMN representatives who participated in providing assistance. In his remarks, Arya said that the assistance for the construction of livestock facilities and infrastructure and the construction of bore wells was a collaboration of 12 SOEs, namely PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), State Savings Bank (BTN), PT RNI, PT Semen Indonesia, PTPN VI, PT Antam, PT Inalum, IFG, Askrindo, Jamkrindo, Jasindo, and PT Pertamina.
"Hopefully this assistance can be useful for HKBP, and not just this time but can continue," said Arya, in a written statement, Monday, February 27.
Director of Portfolio & Pupuk Indonesia Business Development, Jamsaton Nababan said that Pupuk Indonesia participated in providing assistance in the form of costs of around Rp207,500,000 which will be used for the development of cattle resilience and socialization of training in Silangit.
"Pupuk Indonesia has collaborated in handing over SOE assistance to HKBP organized by the Ministry of SOEs. We hope that this assistance can be useful and this activity is a form of our commitment to improving the welfare of the community through renovating livestock cages," said Jamsaton.
Representative from HKBP Pelaraja Tarutung, Victor Tinambunan expressed his high appreciation to 12 SOEs who have collaborated to provide assistance in order to run the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program (TJSL). The total aid funds provided from 12 SOEs to HKBP Pearaja Tarutung are around Rp. 2.7 billion.
"We express our gratitude and highest appreciation for the assistance of the CSR program from BUMN. We are well aware that SOEs with great assistance like this, this very valuable BUMN assistance is for the welfare of HKBP residents, this is clear evidence that the core value of SOEs (Akhlak)," said Victor.
