19 Teams Qualified For The Euro 2020 Final Round
JAKARTA - 19 teams have already qualified for the Euro 2020 finals. That means there are still five slots left, where one slot will be contested through the last Group E match between Wales versus Hungary while the other four slots will be determined via the play-off round.
Switzerland and Denmark followed the 17 countries that were confirmed to qualify for the Blue Continent's four-year football party after defeating their opponents in the last match held on Monday, November 18.
Switzerland beat Gibraltar 6-1 through goals scored by Cedric Itten (10 ', 84'), Ruben Vargas (50 '), Christian Fassnacht (57'), Loris Benito (75 ') and Granit Xhaka (86' ). While the hosts 'consolation goal was scored by Reece Styche (74').

Meanwhile Denmark, even though it only drew 1-1 with host Ireland, was enough to secure a ticket to the Euro 2020 finals.
The last game yet to be played is in Group E. Hungary are currently second to Croatia on 12 points. Meanwhile, Wales is in third place with 11 points. The two teams will 'stab' each other in this decisive match which takes place this evening in Cardiff.

As for the play-offs, the format is not like the previous edition. Participants in the play-off round will not be determined based on the result of the qualifying group.
The 16 teams that failed to qualify through the group qualifying round will be selected based on their appearance in the 2018–2019 UEFA Nations League. The 16 teams will be divided into four play-off lines of four teams each, with each play-off path playing two singles matches in the semi-finals, and one single match in the finals.
The four winners of the play-off path will join the 20 teams that have qualified for the Euro 2020 finals. The match will take place between 26 and 31 March 2020.
