Tumbang Tree In Cipinang Melayu Over Bridges And Homes, Capai Losses IDR 70 Million
JAKARTA - A tree fell on Jalan H Amsir, Cipinang Melayu Village, Makasar District, East Jakarta. The Sugarna tree fell on Friday morning.Head of the DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Isnawa Adji said the tree had been evacuated by officers."The beginning of the fallen tree incident in Cipinang Melayu at 00.10 WIB. The handling started at 08.00 WIB and finished handling at 10.45 WIB," Isnawa told reporters, Friday, February 24.Isnawa said the tree fell due to heavy rain accompanied by strong winds. The affected Sarana is a house and bridge whose condition was damaged by the fallen tree."Losses for houses affected by approximately Rp. 30 million and bridges worth Rp. 40 million. The total loss is around Rp. 70 million," said Isnawa.The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government provides insurance claim facilities to Jakarta residents or their assets that were hit by fallen trees in the capital city. This insurance claim is free or free of charge.Applicants for insurance claims can come directly to the DKI City Parks and Forest Service office. Applicants can also file insurance claims online.The files that must be met before submitting the insurance claim are as follows:1. Certificate of incident report from the police2. Photo documentation of the victim's wound or damage to the vehicle/property.3. Photocopy of KTP, STNK/BPKB (for vehicles)4. Certificate from the regional service tribe according to the location of the incident5. receipts or estimates of loss costs6. Uninsured statement letter (for vehicle)7. Power of attorney (for applicants who are authorized)8. A post-mortem letter from the hospital or death certificate from the RT/RW and the victim's residence kelurahan (for people)
