Some Names Of Candidate Minister Biden Confirm After Confirmation Of Victory
JAKARTA - The US Congress appointed Joe Biden as the President-elect winner of the US Presidential Election, after defeating Donald Trump by a ratio of 306-232 electoral votes, Thursday, January 7 local time.
Launching Reuters Friday January 8, Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Haris will announce the candidates for his minister on Friday local time.
A number of names have already been mentioned as part of the Biden-Kamala administration. Among them are the Governor of Rhode Island Gina Raimondo as Minister of Commerce and former serita officer and Boston Mayor Marty Walsh as Minister of Labor.
Both are considered to be able to assist Biden in formulating policies around climate change, technology, investment, minimum wages and other labor regulations and policies.
"Together with other officials, they will bring renewed vigor to workers, help small businesses, create millions of well-paying jobs," said the Transitional Government Team.
In addition to the two, there is Isalbel Guzman who is said to be leading the Small Business Administration (SBA), previously an official for the State of California's economic development. There is also Don Graves, a former KeyBank executive and Biden's economic adviser while serving as vice president, who will be nominated as Deputy Minister of Trade.
