Eddie Hearn's Two Central Phenomenal Duels, Involved The Name Of Manny Pacquiao

JAKARTA Matchroom Sport promoter Eddie Hearn is preparing to stage a Deontay Wilder duel against Andy Ruiz Jr and Conor Benn versus Manny Pacquiao.

According to The Sun's report, Eddie targets the fourth fight of the name to be held in the summer of June 3 in Abu Dhabi.

Currently negotiations to bring them together are being pursued. Later Eddie wants to install Wilder against Ruiz as the main match.

The two American fighters have previously been asked by the WBC to duel in search of mandatory challengers for the belt held by Tyson Fury.

Wilder, 37, returned to the ring in October last year and managed to knock out (KO) over Robert Helenius. Now he is reportedly ready to face Ruiz despite speculation linking him to Anthony Joshua.

Apart from wanting to pit Ruiz and Wilder, Hearn also wants Conor Benn's men back in the ring to fight Filipino boxing legend Pacquiao who is currently 44 years old.

This wish after the WBC declared Benn, 26, free after last year's drug test failure. Benn was declared free after he was not proven to have consumed illegal substances.

According to reports, his failure in last year's drug tests was due to too much egg consumption. However, he has not been allowed to fight in England.

Therefore, the opportunity for the duel against Pacquiao in Abu Dhabi is so open. Negotiations for this duel also seem to be able to run smoothly.

Pacquiao himself is ready to return to the ring after retiring in August 2021 following the defeat to Yordenis Ugas. He had run for president of the Philippines, but failed so the intention of returning to the duel was open.

In addition to the two plans above, Hearn is also reportedly eyeing three other fights. One of them is the clash between light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol and British boxer Joshua Create.

Another agenda prepared by Hearn clashes between Bivol and Artur Beterbiev. So far Beterbiev has had a good record, winning 19 games by knockout (KO).
