The Ministry Of Home Affairs Asks Jakarta Residents To Already Have A House Outside The City To Move Their ID Cards From DKI
Director General of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Zudan Arif Fakrulloh asked residents of the capital who already have a house outside the city to immediately transfer ownership of their ID cards from DKI Jakarta.
This was revealed by Zudah after a coordination meeting with the Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono and the ranks of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
"I and the Governor want to encourage residents who already have a house outside DKI, let's immediately move to Bogor, move to Tangerang, move to Depok, because it's real that they don't live in DKI Jakarta," Zudan said at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday, February 22.
Zudan assessed that the phenomenon of people who have not moved ID cards is because the DKI Provincial Government has many types of social safety nets and social assistance programs to its citizens.
"We know that DKI is sugar where all the ants come here because the attraction is extraordinary, the public service under Mr. Heru is good. There are 17. People will come here, including people who have left DKI, have houses in Bekasi, Tangerang, Tangsel, Depok, Bogor, but their ID cards are still in DKI," he explained.
Therefore, in this coordination meeting, the DKI Provincial Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs matched population data in Jakarta. This is part of the optimization of government administration in development planning to improve public services.
From this matching, the government will delete data on residents who are deemed unfit to be recipients of social assistance from integrated social welfare data (DTKS). This is because, it turns out that currently there are still residents who own cars to be able to invest in stocks that are included in the list of recipients of the social assistance.
"We will collect data. For example, those who will receive social assistance from DKI but own land, own a car, own a motorbike, own shares, we will remove it from the aid recipients," said Zudan.
In addition, Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono said the government would also remove residents with DKI Jakarta ID cards who currently live outside the area from the list of social assistance recipients.
So far, said Heru, his party has removed 1.1 million names in DTKS which are deemed unfit for social assistance from the DKI Provincial Government and the Ministry of Social Affairs.
"We have deleted 1.1 million from DTKS data, which he does not deserve assistance," said Heru.
Heru estimates that there are still 200 thousand data on social assistance recipients that will be deleted based on the results of their coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs. "Today the matching can be added to around 200 thousand," he added.
