Police Have Expressed The Motive For The Children Of The Directorate General Of Taxes In South Jakarta, Aniaya Anak, Central Executive Of GP Ansor.
South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ary explained the motive for the perpetrator Mario Dandy Satrio (20) to abuse the child managing GP Ansor, David (17). Kombes Ade said that the motive for the persecution was to defend a female friend, initials A.
The motive for violence against children is to vent his anger on the victim. The perpetrator received information from sister A's female friend that A had experienced an act that was not good," Ade told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, February 22.
"So the suspect vented his anger on the victim by committing violence against hitting and kicking," he continued.
Ade again explained that the incident began when A reported to Mario Dandy about the victim's behavior which he considered not good. Hearing this, Mario met David who at that time came to A's house at the Grand Permata Ulujami Complex, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.
At that time Mario came with A and one of his friends as a witness, namely S using the Rubicon license plate number B 120 DEN.
"Then after meeting the victim, the perpetrator immediately asked for clarification regarding the bad act. And there was a debate that led to an act of persecution against brother D (David)," said Kombes Ade.
Seeing the commotion in the alley, the owner of the house who is also David's parent partner immediately intervened. But at that time, David's position had fallen because he was persecuted by Mario Dandy.
"R's parents (a friend of David's parents) immediately went and intervened and then took D to Medika Permata Hospital Jalan Permata Hijau Raya, Kebayoran Lama, assisted by security complexes," he said.
The perpetrator was then secured by security complexes and officers from the Pesanggrahan Police. The perpetrator was then taken to the Pesanggrahan Police.
The perpetrator, who is the son of one of the regional offices of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), South Jakarta, has been named a suspect.
He was charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code for acts of persecution resulting in blue bruises, which carries a maximum imprisonment of 2 years and 8 months.
It is known that victim David is the son of the Central Board of GP Ansor. This case finally caught the attention of Banser NU who would oversee it to completion.
