A Number Of Factors That Make Ferdy Sambo Strong Ma'ruf Not Attending The Bharada E Code Of Ethics Session
JAKARTA - Former Head of Propam Division Ferdy Sambo to Strong Ma'ruf is a witness at the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial for alleged violators Richard Karya alias Bharada E. However, they could not attend in person because they were constrained by permission.
"These three are licensing issues, of course, through the process, while we need speed," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Wednesday, February 22.
Allegedly, he was not allowed to appear in person before the trial because their legal process had not yet been completed.
Then, it is also possible because Bharada E has the status of a justice collaborator in the premeditated murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J.
Although the three were not present, continued Ramadhan, Ferdy Sambo's statement, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf will be read out in front of the trial.
Their information will be taken into consideration by the Chairman of the KKEP trial in determining Bharada E's future.
"So even though the information given in writing is the same value as being present in person," said Ramadhan.
For information, in the KKEP trial for Bharada E, eight witnesses were presented.
They include Ferdy Sambo, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Ma'ruf, Kombes Murbani Budi Pitono, Iptu Januar Arifin, AKP Dyah Candrawathi, Ipda S, and Ipda AM.
However, of the eight witnesses, only three were present. They are AKP Dyah Candrawathi, Ipda S, and Ipda AM.
