Representatives Of PT BSI Not Fulfilled Calls In The Gazalba Case Saleh

JAKARTA - The Compliance Director of PT Bank Indonesia Syariah (BSI) or who represents did not fulfill the summons of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Monday, February 21.

In fact, they will be questioned regarding the bribery case for case management at the Supreme Court (MA) which ensnared the inactive Supreme Court Justice Gazalba Saleh.

"The information we received was that the parties summoned were not present and a reschedule was immediately carried out," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri at the KPK Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, February 21.

In addition, the KPK also summoned PT Sugi International Valas' customer service representative for the Jakarta branch. However, they did not fulfill the call like PT BSI.

"Immediately rescheduling it," said Ali.

As previously reported, the KPK has named 14 suspects in the bribery case in handling this case. They are Judicial Judge Edy Wibowo; Supreme Court Judge Gazalba Saleh; Judicial Judge Prasetio Nugroho; and Gazalba staff, Redhy Novarisza.

Another suspect, namely Judge Agung Sudrajad Dimyati; Judicial Judge or substitute clerk Elly Tri Pangestu; two state civil servants (ASN) at the Mak Kementeratan Desy Yustria and Muhajir Habibie; and two ASNs in the MA, Nurmanto Akmal and Albasri.

Then, lawyers Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno as well as debtors of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative, Heryanto Tanaka, and the Debtor of the Savings and Loans Cooperative Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto.

In addition, there is another suspect who has just been named in this case, namely the Chairman of the Sandi Karya Hospital Foundation (RS) Makassar (SKM), Wahyu Hardi. He is suspected of giving Rp3.7 billion to Edy Wibowo so that the hospital is not declared bankrupt at the cassation level.
