DKI IDR 425.9 Billion Has Been Disbursed In The Ciliwung Normalization Land Exemption Budget In 2 Years

Head of the DKI Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Data and Information Service Unit (SDA) Roedito said that his party had disbursed a land acquisition budget of IDR 425.9 billion for the past two years, namely in 2021 and 2022.

Roedito said that the land acquired in 2021 and 2022 is in six urban villages along the banks of Sungan Ciliwung.

"During 2021 to 2022, the realization of the land acquisition budget is around Rp.415.9 billion with 324 plots of 6.65 hectares," said Roedito when contacted, Tuesday, February 21.

Roedito detailed that the six urban villages include 107 plots of land in Balekambang Village with an area of 2.58 hectares, 93 plots of land in Cawang Village with an area of 1.76 hectares, 39 plots of land in Cililitan Village with an area of 0.83 hectares.

Then, 62 plots of land in Rawajati Village with an area of 0.49 hectares, 20 plots of land in Tanjung Barat Village with an area of 0.52 hectares, 3 plots of land in Gedong Village with an area of 0.45 hectares.

Then this year, the DKI Provincial Government will continue to acquire an area of 6.5 hectares. The land acquisition was carried out to continue the work on the normalization of Ciliwung which became the concern of President Joko Widodo.

"The estimate (land acquisition) in Cililitan Village is 0.8 hectares, 1.5 hectares of Rawajati, 2.25 hectares of Cawang, and 1.95 hectares of Kampung Melayu," he said.

The land acquisition budget is allocated from the 2023 APBD. After land acquisition is carried out, the government will build a sheetpile with a river route length of 4.3 kilometers.

In detail, the embankments in Kampung Melayu Village are 1.3 kilometers long, Rawajati 1 kilometer, Cawang 1.5 kilometers, and Cililitan 0.5 kilometers.

"The allocation (land acquisition) in the budget implementation document (DPA) for 2023 is around Rp496 billion," he said.

Meanwhile, in 2024, the DKI Provincial Government will continue to acquire land for the construction of 3.2 kilometers of Ciliwung Normalization. The details are Manggarai Village with 1.5 kilometers, Kebon Manggis Village with 1.2 kilometers, and Bukit Duri Village with 0.5 kilometers.

Roedito said that his party had not taken into account the area of land to be acquired along with the budget. "The DPA for 2024 has not yet been (projected)," he continued.

Throughout 2021-2022, the DKI Provincial Government has carried out land acquisition in 324 fields with an area of 66.5 thousand square meters. The land acquisition is located in Balekambang, Cawang, Cililitan, Rawajati, West Tanjung, and Gedong villages. The budget disbursed was IDR 425.9 billion.
