The signing ceremony took place at Sofia at The Gunawarman and was attended by the President Director of Surge, Hermansjah Haryono, and Mr. Tang Hui, Vice President of Huaxin. This strategic collaboration relates to leveraging Huaxin's technological advantages in providing innovative services to meet customer demands to synergistically help Surge improve its market position and increase its market share and support Surge in developing new business areas.

The signing of the MoU will certainly increase Surge's network potential, performance, and business development capabilities by leveraging Huaxin's experience and advantages in the construction of optical transmission networks, fixed broadband access, 4G/5G radio networks, 5G FWA, IP, IoT, Data Center, network optimization, project management, as well as financing capabilities.

Huaxin realizes the limitless potential of the Surge digital ecosystem, which includes a 2,800 km fiber-optic network along the railroad tracks, crossing 591 cities and towns on the island of Java, the potential for the establishment and utilization of thousands of poles along the railroad tracks and train stations. , construction of Edge Data Center (EDC) at each station, supported by a strong internet ecosystem, high population density, commercial center, and potential for universities along the railroad tracks to penetrate Fixed Wireless Access because the railroad ecosystem is the center of developed civilization on Java Island.
