From Paul Stanley To Alex Skolnick Speaking Of The Capitol Hill Riot
JAKARTA - A line of international rockers and metalheads reacted to the rioting that took place at the Capitol Hill Congress Building, Wednesday, January 6, United States time.
Paul Stanley (KISS), Tommy Lee (Motley Crue), Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine), Alex Skolnick (Testament), and Dino Cazares (Fear Factory) were among musicians who reacted on social media to the incident.
These are TERRORISTS. This is armed insurrection. The flames were fanned today & over time by the president & specific senators who CANNOT be allowed now to distance from or denounce what they have directly caused. Know their names. THIS is the result of their deception. Shame. pic.twitter.com/nDJhvV3b1c

Then, there are also names like Andy Biersack (Black Veil Brides), Mark Morton (Lamb Of God, Robb Flynn (Machine Head), Phil Rind (Sacred Reich), Otep Shamaya (Otep), Doc Coyle (Bad Wolves) and Danko Jones.
Hundreds of Donald Trump-supporting protesters broke through the barricades and stormed Capitol Hill. This forced the Senate to flee and Vice President Mike Pence moved to a safe location.

Earlier in the day, Trump - who refused to accept the election results and argued baselessly that the election results were a fraud - prompted thousands of supporters to storm Capitol Hill, protesting the confirmation of Joe Biden's victory.
Trump later returned to the White House, despite telling supporters he would join the march to Capitol Hill.
Trump has repeatedly claimed that the election has been stolen. However, any legal attempts he has taken to convince American judges across the country to overturn the millions of votes in the six major states and declare him the winner of the 2020 presidential election have failed.
Ok, the US Capital is in lockdown. Angry, Anarchist mob worse than what they say Antifa is. Lafayette Square was ruthlessly swept by authorities in an instant for a Bible photo op yet these people are able to swarm here ?? Where is the military? The National Guard? #capital #coup pic.twitter.com/7DbEgVqhHT

No evidence has been given of his allegations. Dozens of federal courts, both Democratic and Republican judges, rejected lawsuits that referred to the claim.
The presidential election ended in victory for Biden with 306 electoral votes. Biden has received 81 million votes across America - the most votes for any presidential candidate in history - compared to 74 million for Trump.
