This letter has been received by the DKI Provincial Government."Immediately give the unit to Kampung Susun Bayam as a form of restoring the rights of the residents of Kampung Bayam who experienced evictions, especially the 75 families of the residents of Kampung Bayam represented by the applicants," said LBH lawyer Jihan Fauziah Hamdi at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Monday, February 20.One problem that causes residents to not yet occupy Kampung Susun Bayam is the amount of the monthly rental rate that has not yet been agreed upon. JIS residents do not agree with the tariff offered by PT Jakpro as the manager of Kampung Susun Bayam.Jakpro has offered a rental fee for Kampung Susun Bayam of IDR 750 thousand per month. They claim this is in accordance with Governor Regulation Number 55 of 2018 concerning Adjustment of Housing Service Retribution Tariffs.However, the arrangement of residential rental fees in Pergub 55/2018 is indeed different for each type, namely programmed and general flats. The nominal offered by Jakpro was clearly opposed by the residents of Kampung Bayam. They felt unable to pay the nominal rent."Residents want to pay what they can afford. If the range may be Rp. 150,000 per month, that should be the biggest. This is because Jakrpo built Kampung Susun Bayam on land owned by the DKI Youth and Sports Service (Dispora).Meanwhile, in January, he argued, the flats next to JIS were still in the process of being maintained by the building. So, residents have not been able to occupy Kampung Susun Bayam.
