The Majority Of Big Cities In Indonesia Are Predicted By The BMKG Berawan
JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts cloudy weather will cover the majority of major cities in Indonesia this weekend.
Based on the official BMKG website quoted by Antara, Sunday, cloudy weather in the morning has the potential to occur in Serang, Bengkulu, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Pontianak, Palangka Raya, Tarakan, Pangkal Pinang, Ambon, Ternate, Mataram, Jayapura, Manokwari, and Pekanbaru.
Meanwhile, several cities that are predicted to experience sunny cloudy weather are in Banda Aceh, Central Jakarta, Gorontalo, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Tanjung Pinang, Kupang, Kendari, Padang, Palembang, and Medan, and there is only fog weather in Jambi, and Bandar Lampung.
BMKG predicts there will be no heavy rain on Sunday morning. Major cities only have the potential to be hit by light rain ranging from Denpasar, Mamuju, Makassar, and Manado.
During the day, the majority of the weather is still forecasted cloudy. Cloudy weather has the potential to occur in Banda Aceh, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Jambi, Banjarmasin, Tanjung Pinang, Ternate, Kupang, Jayapura, Manokwari, Pekanbaru, Mamuju, Kendari, and Padang.
According to BMKG, sunny cloudy weather only has the potential to occur in Bengkulu, Tarakan, and Manado.
Other big cities, such as Serang, Central Jakarta, Gorontalo, Semarang, Pontianak, Palangka Raya, Samarinda, Bandar Lampung, Ambon, Makassar, and Palembang have the potential to experience light rain.
Meanwhile, moderate rain has the potential to occur in Surabaya and Mataram, then thunderstorms are predicted to occur in Bandung and Pangkal Pinang.
At night, BMKG reported that the majority of the weather conditions were still cloudy which could potentially occur in Serang, Bengkulu, Central Jakarta, Jambi, Pontianak, Samarinda, Pangkal Pinang, Tanjung Pinang, Bandar Lampung, Ternate, Mataram, Jayapura, Mamuju, Manado, and Medan.
Meanwhile, sunny cloudy weather is predicted to occur in Denpasar, Gorontalo, Banjarmasin, Kupang, Pekanbaru, Kendari and Padang.
Light rain at night has the potential to occur in Banda Aceh, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Semarang, Surabaya, Palangka Raya, Tarakan, Ambon, Manokwari, Makassar, and Palembang, as well as Yogyakarta which are predicted to experience moderate rain.
According to BMKG, the average temperature in big cities in Indonesia is in the range of 22 to 33 degrees Celsius. The humidity is in the range of 60 to 100 percent.
