According to him, the 2024 Pilkada financing support scheme is sourced from the 2023 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) as much as 40 percent and the rest is accommodated in the 2024 APBD. The financing report for KPU and Bawaslu from local governments, both provinces and regencies or cities, will later be reported to the Ministry of Home Affairs at the end of May 2023. "I have submitted it to the Director General of Politics of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding our condition, which until now has not met with the local government," he explained. Elias continued that in the near future the provincial Bawaslu will hold a meeting with district/city Bawaslu both in West Papua and Southwest Papua.
