Still A Detainee Of The AGO, Bharada E Was Immediately Executed In Prison

JAKARTA - The 1.5-year sentence for the sentence of Richard total imprisonment or Bharada E has been signed. The Attorney General's Office (AGO), which is still detaining the convict in the murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J, will soon be executed in prison in prison.

"Yes, just administratively, yes. Later, we will place it in which correctional institution to be targeted," said the Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana when confirmed, Friday, February 17.

In the mechanism for issuing the execution of Bharada E, the South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari) will do so and send it to the South Jakarta District Court.

Then, the executor prosecutor referred to the process of transferring Bharada E to prison from the detention of the AGO which was deposited at the Bareskrim detention center.

However, it has not been clearly conveyed about the LP which will become Bharada E's temporary home.

"Later (execution letter, ed) we will remove it from the Kejari. Oh yes, through the executor prosecutor, yes," said Ketut.

Meanwhile, the AGO decided not to appeal the decision of the panel of judges who sentenced Bharada E. Thus, the decision of the panel of judges has been signed.

One of the reasons the AGO did not file an appeal was that Brigadier J's family had betrayed him.

"We see that the families of these victims, Yosua's mother and Yosua's father and their relatives, I see developments from the trial process until the end of Richard koli's decision, one attitude of forgiveness based on sincerity," said Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes (Jampidum) at the AGO Fadil Zumhana.

According to Fadil, sorry is the highest law. Thus, the Attorney General's Office representing the public prosecutor (JPU) will not appeal.

"In any law, national law, want to press the religious book under customary law, apologies are the highest in legal decisions," said Fadil.
